When growing your business, you have to remember that you have to have a brand voice. What is a brand voice? Well, if you know me you know that a brand is "your promise your commitment and what you stand for and stand against" and "your business is not your logo or your colours." It's what you're talking about which is your messaging. It's messaging that's consistent, accepted by your customers and it has unique edge to differentiate yourself from your competitors. Today we are going to be talking about how to have a brand voice. So a brand voice is defined as a consistent experience that people have or your audience has with you while they are listening to you and your messaging across all your business touch points with your customer. So w are going to be talking about the various social media platforms out there whether it's Facebook Pinterest or Twitter and they all have different ways to communicate with your audience.
