There are certain traits to be an entrepreneur. Your mindset can be what gives you business succes. s so we are looking at some of the traits of the mindset of an entrepreneur. Today, we are talking about another trait of an entrepreneur and that is taking responsibility for your decisions. Harry Truman had a saying that the buck stops here and what he meant by that was as president he did not have the option to pass the buck when it came to mistakes or failures as he was the boss and the buck stopped getting passed with him. Well, that's pretty smart advice and for any entrepreneur you have to be aware that you cannot blame others. Even if it's not your actions and it is someone else's actions, it's always your responsibility as you are the owner of the business. So when it comes to the results of decisions you make, don't pass the Buck.
