Few people talk about credibility in business but this is very important if you want to have your customers know like and trust you and be your raving fans for a long long time. Credibility can be lost just like that if you differentiate yourself from what your current values and standards are. So I talk about credibility today because if there's any secret to success it lies in the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from his angle as well as from your own as Henry Ford said. If you can see yourself or your business through other people's eyes then you can develop the messaging that will attract people to you in terms that they will understand who you are and then they will get to know like and trust you.
